System Overview

 

The VersaCall OEE System is an integrated hardware and software system which captures production information, pulls production targets or standards and generates OEE Reports.

 

The VersaCall OEE eliminates most if not all manual data collection and data entry for producing OEE reports.

It is a complete system that supports data acquisition and generation of OEE performance information.

 

OEE performance information can be produced by part number or production run, by shift or week.  Plant wide information and comparisons can also be generated. Optional real time visual display of performance OEE data is available.

 

The system monitors equipment or line production for availability data. For performance, the system captures output counts by specific time periods and pulls output standards information from existing standard databases or look up tables and generates performance data. Output quality data is also captured by the system.

 

The system is comprised of wireless input modules, receiver, control unit, communication interfaces, optional visual real time display software and OEE reporting software.

 

It can be used in any production environment.  One system provides complete site coverage. It can be a standalone system or incorporated with other VersaCall System Applications.
