System Overview

 

The VersaCall Andon System is an integrated hardware and software system for signaling, visualization and reporting of events occurring on the production floor.
 
The system monitors for errors or defects in production; instantly communicates when an issue occurs; has the capability to stop production; immediately correct the condition and provides the ability to determine the root cause and install countermeasures.  The system also measures and reports the impacts of the corrective actions.

 

The system is comprised of wireless input modules, receiver, control unit, communication interfaces, optional wireless audio modules, display software and reporting software.

 

It can be used in any production environment.  One system provides complete site coverage. It can be a standalone system or incorporated with other VersaCall System Applications.
