System Overview

 

The VersaCall Communications System is an integrated system for the immediate communication of production issues, the production status or the need for support.

 

It provides immediate text or verbal communications to the appropriate personnel, directing the personnel to the specific area of issue. The system escalates and routes the communication, automatically records the transaction, measures response times, provides visual status of the event, and reports.

The system is comprised of wireless input modules, receiver, control unit and communications outputs.  Communications can be initiated from line personnel and also equipment.  

 

It can be used in any production environment. One system provides complete site coverage. It can be a standalone system or incorporated with other VersaCall System Applications.
