Three Levels of Support

Plan 20 – The VersaCall Annual Service Contract Plan 20 provides for up to 20 calls to phone technical support for issues and 10 no charge repairs on selected modules.
Plan 30 – The VersaCall Annual Service Contract Plan 30 provides for up to 30 calls to phone technical support for issues and up to 12 no charge repairs on selected modules.
Plan 40 – The VersaCall Annual Service Contract Plan 40 provides for up to 40 calls to phone technical support for issues and up to 14 no charge repairs on selected modules.
