System Overview

 

The VersaCall Downtime Monitoring System is an integrated system for capture, communications and reporting of production downtime.  Identifies and recorded the root cause of downtime issues.

 

The system monitors equipment or line production for downtime occurrences, provides immediate communication of downtime events, captures and records individual downtime incidents with reason codes.  The VersaCall system also generates downtime reports with cumulative downtime by reason codes for any time segment with optional visual display of downtime occurrences.

 

The system is comprised of wireless input modules, receiver, control unit, communication interfaces, visual real time display software and report software options.

 

It can be used in any production environment.  One system provides complete site coverage. It can be a standalone system or incorporated with other VersaCall System Applications.
