Call Station |

Wireless 4 Button Call Station whose applications are primarily for communications and downtime capture. Two models are available (CS100 and CS150). Battery powered versions are also available. Four configurable buttons provides for the essential communication of critical issues. System automatically captures and documents response time to support requests.

Reason Code Module |

Reason Code Module is completely programmable with capacity of over 70 line items of information. Module provides factory floor communications, production output counts, automatic downtime capture and downtime by reason code.

Data Input Module |

Data Input Modules capture a broad spectrum of production performance information by employee, production run, part number and performance to standards. This Module can be programmed to separately capture set-up and production run information. For ease of data capture, the module comes with an integrated key pad supports bar code scanners, RFiD readers, Magnetic card readers. The Data Input Module is engineered to eliminate manual data collections on the production floor.

Provides critical performance information - assemly time, cycle time, total quantity produced, total quantity rejected as well as operator performance to standards.

| VT2000 System |
 |
Core System Component of the VT2000 System. Two versions
Mini: supports up to 1000 monitoring points.
Standard Control Unit: supports up to 4000 monitoring points.
Both versions have software built on Microsoft's .NET technology, supporting SQL or Access databases.

Receiver |
 |
Serial receiver receives and captures wireless transmissions from the input modules and passes the information to the VT2000 Control Unit. Receiver module is integrated with the control unit.

| Repeater |
 |
The VersaCall repeater amplifies transmission from any FA series transmitter while ignoring background noise. This repeater is perfect for large facilities such as multi-floor buildings, multi-building sites and other open-air installations. Virtually any number of repeaters can be added to a system, scaling the system size as needed.

Rugged construction is designed to with stand production environments. Displays wireless alphanumeric text messages sent from the VT2000 System. Pager is fully programmable using the faceplate buttons. Multiple vibrate and audio notification modes. Easy to read.

Rugged unit that is designed to mount on forklifts, tuggers, high-lows, and other mobile equipment. Great for use in notification of the requirement of line material support. Receives communications via the VT2000 System.

Wireless horn system allows you to display various sounds and pre-recorded messages throughout your factory floor. This system is controlled by the VersaCall VT2000 System.

Provides amplification to on-site paging signals to ensure complete site signal coverage. Easy to install. No wire runs required.

| 2 Way Radio |

Transmits pre-recorded audio messages to existing 2 way radios. Comes in both UHF and VHF versions and supports up to 8 separate channels. Transmitter is integrated with the VT2000 Control Unit and you are able to have both on-site transmissions and 2 way radio transmissions in one system.

Stack Lights |

Multiple stack light size options from 50mm to 100mm in diameter. Up to 5 separate lights of any color can be in one stack light module. Stack lights can be wireless and stand alone and controlled by a wireless signal or can be integrated with any one of VersaCall's input modules.
