Wireless Innovations for the Production Floor

Wireless 4 Button Call Station whose applications are primarily for communications and downtime capture. Two models are available (CS120 and CS130). Battery powered versions are also available. Four configurable buttons provides for the essential communication of critical issues. System automatically captures and documents response time to support requests.

Reason Code Module is completely programmable with capacity of over 70 line items of information. Module provides factory floor communications, production output counts, automatic downtime capture and downtime by reason code.

Data Input Modules capture a broad spectrum of production performance information by employee, production run, part number and performance to standards. This Module can be programmed to separately capture set-up and production run information. For ease of data capture, the module comes with an integrated key pad supports bar code scanners and magnetic card readers. The Data Input Module is engineered to eliminate manual data collection on the production floor.

Takt Module is used in assembly line systems. The module if designed to signal the advance of the line, pause of the line and the extension of the production period. One module is used per assembly line.

Assembly Modules is a simple easy to use module with only two inputs. Captures assembly station performance and status. Provides critical performance information - Assembly time, cycle time, total quantity produced, total quantity rejected as well as operator performance to standards.

The Wireless Switch Contact Module (WSCM) is the perfect device for monitoring equipment with no human interface. Track downtime as well as monitor sensor thresholds.

The Machine Interface Module provides an optically isolated interface between production floor equipment and the Data Input and Reason Code Modules for accurate  and consistent data capture .

Sealed outer enclosure with a clear front and easy to open cover for protecting input module in wash down required production environments.
