Count Report Suite |

The Count Report Suite is designed to provide reports which show count information. Count information is a count signal that comes from a contact from a machine, PLC, sensor, or operator interface (push button). Those counts could represent a couple of different things: Total Product, Good Product, Bad Product, Linear Footage, Cycle Counts, etc. This suite works with both the Reason Code Module and Data Input Module.
Reporting Capabilities
The Count Report Suite consists of 7 Reporting Tools which can be used in a variety of different ways to provide the following outcomes:

• Production Counts – See the amount of captured counts from any particular machine(s). View this by Month, Week, Day or Shift.
• Count Timeline – See the amount of captured counts from any particular machine(s) in a timeline format. This timeline shows the progression of the count as time progresses.
