Downtime Report Suite |

The Downtime Report Suite will show the downtime of various events. These events could represent any particular reason for a machine down (possible machine failures, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, machine reload, etc…). This suite supports all of VersaCall’s standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station).
Reporting Capabilities
The Downtime Report Suite consists of 16 Reporting Tools which can be used in a variety of different ways to provide the following outcomes:

• Downtime – See the downtime of any event(s) that may occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Average Downtime – See the average downtime of any event(s) that may occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Uptime/Downtime – See the total Uptime or Downtime by group(s) or module(s). View the number of incidents that occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Downtime Timeline – See the timeline of when a machine is up/down.
• Shift Analysis Report – See the shift summary for any given time period. View this by Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
