Duration Report Suite |

The Duration Report Suite contains reports which will show the duration of different events. These events could represent Downtime, Set-Up Time, Maintenance Calls, etc. This suite supports all of VersaCall’s standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station).
Reporting Capabilities
The Duration Report Suite consists of 18 Reporting Tools which can be used in a variety of different ways to provide the following outcomes:

• Duration – See the duration of any event(s) that may occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Duration Breakdown – See the duration of any event(s) broken down into Identify Time, Response Time, and Resolve Time. View this by Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Average Duration – See the average duration of any event(s) that may occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
