Incident Activity and Response Time Report Suite |

The Incident Activity and Response Time Report Suite is designed to provide reports that will show activity associated with all the different incidents that occur. One portion of these reports shows the number of incidents. Other reports show the amount of time it takes for personnel to respond to different issues. Each report in this suite applies to any of VersaCalls standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station).
Reporting Capabilities
The Incident Activity and Response Time Report Suite consists of 18 Reporting Tools which can be used in a variety of different ways to provide the following outcomes:

• Number of Incidents – See the number of incidents that occur within a Month, Week, Day, or Shift.
• Total Response Time – See the total amount of time it takes for personnel to respond to issues. View this by Month, Week, Day, Shift or Incident.
• Average Response Time – See the average amount of time it takes for personnel to respond to issues. View this by Month, Week, Day, Shift or Incident.
• Incident Summary - View all incidences along with average response time. This can be categorized by Area, as well as type of incident. |
