Production & Process Report Suite |

The Production/Process Report Suite contains reports which show detailed production information. Production information is going to be a summary of keyed in information, counts and downtime. This suite works with the Data Input Module.
Reporting Capabilities
The Production/Process Report Suite consists of 6 Reporting Tools which can be used in a variety of different ways to provide the following outcomes:

• Production Information by Employee(s) – View production information such as job number, part number, scrap, downtime, count and production time categorized by Employee(s). Available in a summary view of all employees or a detailed view for an individual employee.
• Production Information by Job Number(s) – View production information such as employee, part number, scrap, downtime, count and production time categorized by Job Number(s). Available in a summary view of all job number(s) or a detailed view for an individual job number.
• Production Information by Part Number(s) – View production information such as employee, job number, scrap, downtime, count and production time categorized by Part Number(s). Available in a summary view of all part number(s) or a detailed view for an individual part number.
• Production Information – View detailed information captured by the Data Input Module.
• Production Timeline – See a timeline of events showing when a machine is in production, setup, down, etc.
