Shift Reporting Package & Suites
The Shift Reporting Package is a reporting engine that generates data based on a set of filter criteria. The main filter criteria is the following:
• Data Souce: Entire Modules or Groups of Alarms/Data
• Time Period: Select specific Shifts or an entire day
• Date Range: Select the Start and End date to pull data
In order to see the actual information that is pulled we need to use one of the Reporting Tools. Report Suites are packages that contain application specific Reporting Tools. The following is a list available Report Suites that can be run in the Shift Reporting Package:

Incident Activity and Response Time Report Suite |

The Incident Activity and Response Time Report Suite is designed to provide reports that will show activity associated with all the different incidents that occur. One portion of these reports shows the number of incidents. Other reports show the amount of time it takes for personnel to respond to different issues. Each report in this suite applies to any of VersaCalls standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station).

| Duration Report Suite |

The Duration Report Suite contains reports which will show the duration of different events. These events could represent Downtime, Set-Up Time, Maintenance Calls, etc. This suite supports all of VersaCall’s standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station). |
| Downtime Report Suite |

The Downtime Report Suite is an extension of the Duration Report Suite. It contains more reports which are designed to show Uptime vs. Downtime. This suite works with all of VersaCall’s standard input devices (Data Input Module, Reason Code Module, Call Station). |
| Count Report Suite |

The Count Report Suite is designed to provide reports which show count information. Count information is a count signal that comes from a contact from a machine, PLC, sensor, or operator interface (push button). Those counts could represent a couple of different things: Total Product, Good Product, Bad Product, Linear Footage, Cycle Counts, etc. This suite works with both the Reason Code Module and Data Input Module. |
| Production/Process Report Suite |

The Production/Process Report Suite contains reports which show detailed production information. Production information is going to be a summary of keyed in information, counts and downtime. This suite works with the Data Input Module. |
| Excel Report Suite |
 |
The Excel Report Suite is comprised of two parts. The first part is a report which dumps all of the raw data into an Excel Workbook. The second part is actually an extension to other Report Suites, it provides them with the capability to export those reports to Excel. |
