VersaCall is strongly committed to on-going customer support. We offer our Annual Service Contracts as the most cost effective ways to continue this support. The value of each of our Annual Service Contracts is over double the price of the contracts themselves. Our Annual Service Contracts are not based upon a customer’s system size but upon the level of support a customer desires. The Plan 10 is for VT1000 customers only. Plan 20, Plan 30 and Plan 40 is offered for VT2000 customers. A broad range of services come with the purchase of a Service Contact. For the VT2000 Customers these include:
