System Overview
The VersaCall Real Time Visual Management System is an integrated hardware and software system for visual display of production activity. The system updates and refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
The system monitors production activity for outputs, run rates, downtime, support requests, idle status and abnormalities, then displays this information real time on large screen displays and desktop computer screens. For actual vs. standard performance output, the system displays expected reference target or standards and output by part number or production run.
The system is comprised of wireless input modules, receiver, control unit, communication interfaces, optional wireless audio modules, display software and reporting software.
It can be used in any production environment. One system provides complete site coverage. It can be a standalone system or incorporated with other VersaCall System Applications.
