3 VersaCall VT3000 system packages are offered at different price points. They all include connectivity to 3 manual workstations/automatic machines, and they include all relevant standard report templates. Each version is available either with self-contained hardware, or as a software-only package which runs on existing IT infrastructure in the factory.
Expand the system in your factory as your needs change or your Lean Manufacturing requirements develop. VersaCall is also available to customize your system and reports. Additional workstations and automatic machines can be connected to the VT 3000 on a per station pricing structure.
1. VT 3000 – Communication Package
The low-cost system utilizes a 4 call-button configuration installed by a manual workstation or automatic machine. Calls for support immediately go to a preset list of personnel or functional departments via text, calls, email, two-way radios or pagers . The calls will rotate and escalate until acknowledged.
Response and resolve times are measured. They can be displayed on real-time dashboards as well as in historic reports.
3 physical call boxes are included in the hardware version. In the software-only version, the VersaCall system utilizes existing factory IT infrastructure such as workstation or machine PCs, two-way radios, pagers, smart phones etc.
2. VT 3000 – Advanced Communication & Reason Code Package
This version allows for additional information in the calls and in the real-time dashboards, such as reason for downtime, part number requested etc. The associated reports can facilitate the identification of root causes to improve future performance. In other words, rather than wait for a problem to occur and then react quickly, the data provides insight that may be used to proactively fix issues before they cause downtime.
